Karys Oldenburg,
Speech-Language Pathologist
I am a graduate of McMaster University’s Speech-Language Pathology Program, which is grounded in problem-based learning. My undergraduate degree was also completed at McMaster, where I majored in psychology and minored in linguistics. I look forward to working closely with children, adolescents, and their families, taking a strengths-based approach to intervention.
My Story
I am excited be a part of the We Communicate team, supporting children in their speech, language, and literacy development both virtually and in the Brantford area! I am passionate about providing person- and family-centred care, that is meaningful to each child, evidence-based, and fun!
In my free time, I enjoy going for walks with friends (preferably to a nearby coffee shop or ice cream parlour!), reading psychological thrillers, and spending time at my family cottage!
