Jessica Buckton,
Speech-Language Pathologist
I am a graduate of Western University and the State University of New York at Buffalo, with over 22 years of experience in pediatric speech-language pathology. Most recently, I worked within a school board setting, supporting a diverse student population, including individuals with Autism, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) needs, Developmental Language Disorder (DLD), literacy challenges, and articulation/phonological disorders.
My Story
As a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist, I excel at building strong connections with clients and their families. I value the opportunity to collaborate closely with caregivers in their home environment, tailoring interventions to meet their child’s unique needs. In addition to working directly with clients, I am passionate about problem-solving and collaborating with other professionals in the field.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, enjoy outdoor activities like swimming in the lake and snowboarding. I also love discovering new restaurants and coffee shops.
