Meet Becky

My name is Becky and professionally, I am 50% speech-language pathologist and 50% perfectionist. Personally, I love spending time with my little family (partner and pup), reading, and staying active with whatever my current jam is at the time (right now, it’s working out in the gym).

I am a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University (Waterloo, Ontario) and Western University (London, Ontario) as of 2015. Since graduating, I worked solely in private practice in both home- and clinic-based services with clients across the lifespan. Private practice lit a fire in my professional soul by allowing me to provide quality, direct service while creating strong relationships with families.

I live in Waterloo but my hometown of Simcoe has always tugged on my heart strings. I was fortunate to have worked alongside many speech-language pathologists and a variety of other professionals for many years in Simcoe, and continue to have a relationship with these people today. I am thrilled to be able to provide private speech-language pathology services to offer service to families eager to begin a path to better communication for their child!

The 'We' in We Communicate emphasizes the importance of all of a child's team members. With a connected team, a child is best supported towards stronger communication skills and overall improved quality of life. Here's to doing that together!
